重大体育赛事对城市经济发展的影响--基于中国70个大中城市面板数据分析

重大体育赛事的举办在一定程度上能推动承办城市转型发展,但也可能对当地经济产生某种不良影响,这主要源于对重大体育赛事与城市经济发展的内在规律和作用机制认识不够清晰。以2000-2017年22项具有全国影响力的重大体育赛事为基础,利用中国70个大中城市面板数据,采用双重差分法,分析重大体育赛事对城市经济发展的影响。发现:全样本数据下重大体育赛事的举办会促进城市第一产业向第二、第三产业发展;对比国内和国际赛事,重大体育赛事对第三产业的促进作用均显著高于第二产业;以1 085家上市公司数据为样本,采用事件研究法进行分析,发现不同行业利用重大体育赛事的窗口期存在显著差异。  相似文献   

Genetic Polymorphism of Angiotensin II Type 1 Receptors and Their Effect on the Clinical Outcome of Captopril Treatment in Arab Iraqi Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome (Mid Euphrates)

Genetic variation in the angiotensin II type 1 receptor (AT1R) has an important effect on the outcome of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) initiated treatment with captopril. This study aims to investigate the impact of genetic polymorphism of AT1R (rs5186 and rs275651) on the ACS outcome in Iraqi patients treated with captopril. A total of 250 Iraqi individuals with ACS were included in this case—control study and they were divided into two study groups; Study group 1 included 125 participants who were prescribed captopril, 25 mg twice daily and study group 2 included 125 participants who received no captopril as part of their ACS treatment (control study). The AT1R gene (rs5186) CC genotype was found to be associated with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) (Odd’s ratio (O.R) = 1.2, P = 0.7), while AC was associated with Non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and unstable angina (UA) (O.R = 1.2, P = 0.8). AC genotype is more prone to have Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) after ACS attack (O.R = 1.2, P = 0.6). CC genotype had a risk to get less improvement (O.R = 1.6, P = 0.5), so might require higher doses of captopril during acute coronary insult. The AT1R gene (rs275651) AA genotype was associated with UA (O.R = 1.3, P = 0.9). AA and AT genotypes were more prone to have PCI after ACS attack (O.R = 3.9 P = 0.2, O.R = 3.5, P = 0.3 respectively) and thus requiring higher doses of captopril. We conclude that the AT1R rs5186, rs275651 genetic polymorphisms might partially affect the clinical outcome of ACS patients treated with captopril and might have captopril resistance which requires higher doses.  相似文献

The article presents an analysis of 93 essays written in an upper secondary school context. The essays were collected in relation to a larger research project, which went on for 5 years in a Danish upper secondary school (2010–2015). The material represents both genders and the students are 15–17 years old. We deploy a theoretical framework taken from Norbert Elias’ notion on established-outsider relations [Elias, N., &; Scotson, J. L. (1994 [1965]). The established and the outsiders. London: SAGE] as well as his use of personal pronouns [Elias, N. (1978). What is sociology? London: Hutchinson, Elias, N. (2001). The society of individuals. New York: The Continuum International Publishing Group] in illustrating how people negotiate, position and navigate within figurational contexts [Elias, N. (1994 [1939]). The civilizing proces. Oxford: Blackwell.]. We do this in an effort to interpret how young people negotiate ‘we-I-relations’ when it comes to their sporting identity. Elias’ processual framework provides a tool for a much needed analysis of how young people continually orientate and develop their sense of selves. The web of human interdependencies and processes of change are key words when it comes to understanding the social practices and doings of the students’ constructions of self-steering. 基于二模复杂网络的隐性知识发现方法研究——以潜在药物靶点挖掘为例

[目的/意义] 通过构建二模复杂网络模型，揭示隐藏在海量文献中的隐性知识。[方法/过程] 通过NetworkX复杂网络工具包，依据任意两个节点的共现关系构建二模复杂网络模型；对网络模型中节点的共现关系进行加权，计算网络的拓扑信息并进行AP聚类，提取节点间的直接关系；采用AUC方法对AA、JC、加权改进的wAA和wJC等4种链路预测算法进行评价，遴选出最合适的预测算法，并对复杂网络的隐性关系进行预测分析。[结果/结论] 以潜在药物靶点挖掘为例进行的实证研究结果表明，wAA链路预测算法为最优的链路预测算法；二模复杂网络模型、指标和方法体系在美国化学文摘社数据库中的药物靶点挖掘中具有一定的有效性。下一步计划在其他数据库中或其他研究领域中进行尝试，以进一步验证该模型的通用性和有效性。  相似文献   

Data Visualization as Participatory Research: A Model for Digital Collections to Inspire User-Driven Research

The emerging creative practices of digital collections are increasing in prominence thanks to the access to, and appeal of, data visualizations. Interactive data visualizations, such as a map, timeline, chart, graph, or artist’s rendering of data, enable users to pursue their own research interests within a collection and participate in new areas of research. Use of these data visualizations enhances the scope of the collection and enables a modern and diverse thematic collection to emerge. This article considers the question: Does the addition of data visualizations affect how users participate with a research collection? Impacts on collection development, application of user-centered design, and analysis of users’ exploratory strategies are discussed. Examples of data visualizations used in digital humanities projects and digital collections are presented as case studies.  相似文献   

我国马拉松跑者深度休闲特质的质性研究

在"马拉松热"的背景下,对跑步参与过程中马拉松跑者的深度休闲特质进行探究。采用滚雪球抽样方式,对20名马拉松跑者进行半结构式访谈,通过质性分析软件NVivo 11.0对访谈资料进行分析。研究结果表明马拉松跑者具有深度休闲的6个特质:坚持不懈、生涯性、显著的个人努力、强烈的认同感、独特的文化、持久的收益。本研究进一步丰富了已有研究成果,其中坚持不懈中的"毅力"和"自我管理"两方面体现了马拉松项目的特点。对马拉松跑者来讲,经济回报和团队发展并不是明显的持久收益。本研究结果拓展了对我国"马拉松热"现象的理解,未来应采用定量方法进行深入研究。  相似文献   

基于知识图谱的我国公共体育服务研究可视化分析

以中国知网所收录的2007年至2017间核心期刊中有关公共体育服务文献题录作为分析数据样本,对所搜集到的254篇文献进行可视化分析。借助CiteSpace V软件,运用文献计量学方法与内容分析方法,结果表明:近十年我国公共体育服务研究经历了波浪式增长与急速增长两个阶段,研究主题紧密结合国家政策战略,在不断调整中推动了公共体育服务的发展。主要特征体现在始终服务于国家宏观政策方针,顺应了政府职能转变下对体育发展改革的时代需求;以“体育管理、公共服务”为核心的研究主题始终贯穿,主动融入政策响应的研究诉求强烈,人民美好生活中体育需求的关照不足;整个研究过程充满了动态性与局限性。未来研究应坚持与国家公共服务政策相伴相生,形成开放性反馈研究系统;注重公共体育服务研究的政策引领和政策的事后绩效评估;打造学术共同体,提升公共体育服务研究成果在政策咨询和智库建设中的作用。  相似文献   

北洋水师旅顺基地的非议与选址之争

1881年底,李鸿章亲临旅顺勘察后,确定以旅顺为北洋水师的大型基地,继而大力兴办旅顺海防工程。这引起了中外人士的广泛关注,非但洋务派官僚,英、法、德、日等国的海军人士也纷纷前往观瞻。在旅顺现场勘察的基础上,出于认识与目的的不同,中外人士广泛非议旅顺的价值,批评旅顺基地的选址不当,进而引发了旅顺与威海卫、旅顺与胶州湾的选址之争。李鸿章在幕僚意见的影响下,基于他的布防思想并北洋海防筹办经费拮据的实际,力排众议,最终坚持以旅顺为“北洋第一重捍卫”,为“北洋水师总汇之区”。  相似文献
